  I was three months old in Alessa Industry and during my visit to admin building I met a new joining who introduced me as a Tarique Seraj from Patna in a R&D department... He was started living in a one bhk flat of Engineer  👨‍💻  villa where I was living in another flat. In a weekend about 2or 3 pm he came to my flat and started knocking my door,he was depressed ,feeling nervous,alone and wasn’t feeling good... i took him by a taxi outside from our Factory to Batha a city centre of Riyadh...where he find himself relaxed...and later we come back to our respective flat in an Engineer villa.... His brother was coming from Abu Dhabi to perform ‘Umrah’ he went to meet him... he went in the weekend....he brought & kept sleeper and some others stuffs in my office .... he didn’t find any place even in his office to kept it... after finishing his work came to my office prepare him self there in my office and let it go to Makkah & Madina...After that I take his sleep...

  I have got opportunity to work as a ‘Process Improvement Engineer... My Manager assign me for ‘scrap analysis’ , I prepared all information about scrap from a production floor and write it into ‘PPT’ ... time allowed with a ‘Production Manager’ ,QC Engineer Fabrication and Process improvement manager to the next morning... Next morning I was nervous and went to the ‘Paint shop’ to avoid presentations... but I got call from ‘Fabrication Engineer  👨‍💻 ’ come to meeting room ,we are waiting of you.... I started presentations.... and really it was best presentations...Production manager enjoyed it ..and said very interesting presentation of my life... I answered related to the mentioned topic’s question from Fabrication Engineer ....it was amazing and memorable moment for me...

  Topic: how I become QC Engineer     : I was hired for a Plant department in a largest and oldest Factory of a gulf which’s founded in 1935.When interview was held in New Delhi a man with formal dress were sitting for an interview I didn’t know and realized from where he is and what’s his position in this Company... he called a man to Riyadh and hand over his phone to me... I was talking to whom also I don’t know..but he asked some questions after replying him, he realized    that I am correct ...and given his opinion about me to my interviewer.. later in Riyadh when I started working as a Maintenance Engineer  👨‍💻  he told me that ‘I hired you’ .. During salary negotiations I said my demand to him... he is so smart and brief me my salary by part in breaking such as that I thought the offered salary as per my demand. When I reached Riyadh to join a company a secretary of a ‘Operation’ take me to his office... when I saw him in his office I surprised...

I am talking here now that how a Factory offered to his new client a ‘Product’ with cheaper price from repeating order’s Factory.  I remembered about first shipment of three model of ‘Insect Killer’ and it was rejected because of not illuminating it’s tube other wise it’s high voltage, input power was ok. Company placed next order only one model. Later Company decided to find a new Factory and sourcing team started searching new Factory for ‘Insect Killer’ when sourcing team find a new Factory they asked me for specification I have given them specification that i prepared with the help of  ‘Factory’s  given data and my collection of testing data at Factory to office manager. I prepared comparison report of last order’s sample with a sample of new Factory I just found different in ‘high voltage’ between them and ‘with  number of screw’. Later Owner/Product designer of new Factory had to visit office and my manager told me that you have to stay during meeting of suppli...

 This blog is going to talk about a product of small home appliances ‘Rice Cooker’. I still remember first shipment of Rice Cooker from China to Riyadh when concerned lady of a Factory 🏭 pick me at Guangzhou South Railway Station to Factory. When I inspected ‘goods’ as per given specification in a ‘Performance Invoice’ (PI) that confirmed with both supplier & buyer and according to ‘SASO’ standard.This product was new for me for inspection but I checked,tested and inspected during inspection I found quantity of inner pot was not same as per given confirmation. The representative of that Factory’s comment after rejection is that ‘My boss will become angry 😠 with me’ by the way according to procedure I informed my colleague who was a purchaser who is following this order. Later Factory 🏭 rework with whole quantity of that shipment held inspection again, shipment passed and both purchaser of my office and sales from Factory prepare all documents ,booked container and it’s reach...

It has been noticed ,learned and listened that ‘Engineer means ‘Decision maker’ and should have ‘Engineering sense’ and I also agreed with it. Most important anyone can do anything but same thing performed by an Engineer 👨‍💻,is in easiest way and simple form not complicated and complex. My first manager when he was given charge of ‘Receiving Inspection Engineer 👨‍💻’ said ‘Faiz your job is critical job’ and he was so good 😊 who said that i will take you in your office’ .I still remember his sentence and after that all my boss after & after repeated same sentence. When any rejection happened with raw materials for me, it’s become very responsible to cross check, confirm reason of rejection, check more quantity,QC inspector’s comment is matching with my cross check reason of rejection or not. When I am become confident then prepare rejection report and take it for approval with QC Manager. My QC Manager has so much trust on me that he never asked any questions and signed on it. B...

This ‘blog’ is about how started ‘dating’ a ‘Chinese girl’ and how does she’s become ready to ‘dating’ a ‘foreigner’. One of my colleague who leave my office but I was in touch, and still I have her phone number in my phone contact, before going further i am going little back, I remember my first day when I arrived Guangzhou via Muscat from Riyadh by ‘Oman Airlines’.At Guangzhou airport my ‘Supply Chain Director’ and ‘China office Manager’ a “Chinese girl” came to pick me. I had to come ‘Guangzhou’ a day before but I returned from ‘Riyadh airport’ to my accommodation at midnight because my ‘Hr’ didn’t applied for my exit- re entry visa for China 🇨🇳 and Saudi.I already taken‘Boarding pass’ from ‘Oman 🇴🇲 Air’ and my luggage 🧳 already boarded in Airlines but when I went for Immigration, immigration officer 👮‍♀️ told me don’t have visa I called my driver called ‘Hr’ but didn’t pick my call, mean time ‘Oman Air’ staff told me that take time for arranging visa, later when I called Boss...
