Product Design for cheap price.

I am talking here now that how a Factory offered to his new client a ‘Product’ with cheaper price from repeating order’s Factory. 

I remembered about first shipment of three model of ‘Insect Killer’ and it was rejected because of not illuminating it’s tube other wise it’s high voltage, input power was ok. Company placed next order only one model. Later Company decided to find a new Factory and sourcing team started searching new Factory for ‘Insect Killer’ when sourcing team find a new Factory they asked me for specification I have given them specification that i prepared with the help of  ‘Factory’s  given data and my collection of testing data at Factory to office manager. I prepared comparison report of last order’s sample with a sample of new Factory I just found different in ‘high voltage’ between them and ‘with  number of screw’.

Later Owner/Product designer of new Factory had to visit office and my manager told me that you have to stay during meeting of suppliers but I was absent because of some where busy.

When I went for inspection of new Factory of  ‘Insect killer’ the Factory owner/Product designer came to pick me, between Railway station 🚉 to Factory we talk each other at almost all topics and he himself explained “how he is selling his product in cheaper price than our earlier Factory 🏭 instead of using two screws in our last order from old Factory he used only one screw and because of this reason one manpower also reduced from Assembly line’’.
