Carton Erector Machine

 A Carton Erector Machine is an automated packaging machine that takes flat corrugated carton blanks, opens them into box shapes, folds the bottom flaps, and seals them with tape or hot-melt glue.

Main Functions

  1. Picks a flat carton from a magazine.
  2. Opens the carton into a rectangular box.
  3. Folds the bottom flaps automatically.
  4. Seals the bottom with tape or glue.
  5. Discharges the formed carton to the packing station.

  I have got opportunity to work as a ‘Process Improvement Engineer... My Manager assign me for ‘scrap analysis’ , I prepared all information about scrap from a production floor and write it into ‘PPT’ ... time allowed with a ‘Production Manager’ ,QC Engineer Fabrication and Process improvement manager to the next morning...
