 What is Pre-shipment Audit

Pre-shipment Inspection is some times define Quality Control Engineer (Product) a Corporate job in which i play role in between Supply Chain Network any where. Find factories for the product by sourcing team or buyer when negotiation happened got sample reviewed sample when approve went for Factory audit when each and everything finalized payment system and logistics done and for online inspection i stayed at the Factory when our product is ready go for final inspection to the the Factory follow standard and behalf of it or as per percentage of total quantities judged and either passed or fail. Factory rework and compensation if something rejected or found damaged during use in the market. Quality Control in manufacturing is not a part of Supply Chain Network.

1st Presentation of about ‘Scrap Analysis’ in Riyadh,KSA in Alessa Industry

  I have got opportunity to work as a ‘Process Improvement Engineer... My Manager assign me for ‘scrap analysis’ , I prepared all information about scrap from a production floor and write it into ‘PPT’ ... time allowed with a ‘Production Manager’ ,QC Engineer Fabrication and Process improvement manager to the next morning... Next morning I was nervous and went to the ‘Paint shop’ to avoid presentations... but I got call from ‘Fabrication Engineer  👨‍💻 ’ come to meeting room ,we are waiting of you.... I started presentations.... and really it was best presentations...Production manager enjoyed it ..and said very interesting presentation of my life... I answered related to the mentioned topic’s question from Fabrication Engineer ....it was amazing and memorable moment for me...
